Learn Elvish Translation
Welcome to the world of Elves and all things Elvish. Elves have been around a long, long time but have really come into the public eye since J R R Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings Trilogy was brought to the big screen. Now the public is familiar with the Elves of Rivendell, Lothlórien, and Mirkwood from Middle Earth, their lord, Elrond, and Legolas of the Fellowship Of The Ring. With this exposure comes a heightened interest in Elvish language, culture, dress and generally anything to do with the Elven ways.
Here in this site are resources for serious Tolkien Scholarship as well as studying and learning the Elvish language. Here are also great places for obtaining artifacts of Elvish cultures such as clothing, jewelry and weaponry.

The Elves were also known for their fine jewelry and ornaments. They were justly famous for their rings and although overshadowed by the One True Ring, they created other beautiful rings of power, such as the ring of Galadriel. Unfortunately these ring were the root of much of the ills that befell Middle Earth. Besides possessing exquisite beauty these rings were supremely durable judging by how difficult it was to destroy the One True Ring!
Elves were master forgers. They created the finest, strongest and most durable swords in all of Middle Earth, surpassing even the advanced craft of the Dwarf People. From Frodo’s sword, Sting to Gandolf’s Glamdring, the swords of the Elves were imbued with great power which allowed them to both detect the presence of Orcs and Goblins and also to dispatch them quickly and efficiently. Many foul creatures fell at the hands of Elven made swords.
